The shipping carrier will be selected automatically based on destination and shipping option.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
  2. Check tracking updates from the carrier

We will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
