Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from W.89. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- All original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited edition or drop releases
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
All sale items are considered final sale.
Return Process

- Item(s) you wish to return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

- Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:
- A refund
- Store credit
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
